I received a corioliss for Christmas. I only had it three months and it stopped working on my honeymoon. I sent it in with the warranty over a month ago and have heard nothing. I am currently out of $119.00 dollars and an iron.

I have just recieved my pink corioliss, my boyfriend bought it for me for only 45 bucks on ebay!!! I love love lovvve it!!! Its one of the best I have used the only con is curling it like the guy showed me in the mall, its kinda hard.. Also, on the end of the flat iron, where it is kinda engraved out to protect your fingers from the heat...it doesnt work good.. My fingers burn when i hold them.

well i brought my corioliss (the pink one) and it's been working fine my boyfriend brought it at the mall for $150.00 and i don't think it's a bad price because it just great it doesn't burn your hair or your fingers if you hold it right well i love my corioliss.

I am not happy with corioliss at all!! I bought the black one and returned it twice withing the first week because it wasn't working properly. After that I wanted my money back and of course NO WAY. They gave me the pink one instead. Yeah it works, but the end is hot and it burns. I feel like I was dealing with a company that was dealing out of the trunk of their car!!!!! BEWARE You will never get your money back.

Coriliss sucks.I got a demo in the mall and it straightened my hair--brought it home and it did nothing. Left my hair smelling burnt and didn't even straighten or "lock in the moisture" didn't look shinny. I could have gotten the same result from WalMart for $80.00 cheaper.

I LOVE corioliss!! I saw them at the mall where they gave me a demonstration, and i was hooked!! My dad got me a pair of the pink ones for an early christmas gift and i cant remember a time where my hair has ever been so smooth, sleek and straight and has had a healthy shine! I LOVE corioliss!!

i am from england we had a demonstrator in the shop where i work for the weekend and i was his model for most of the day. i think the straightners are really good i had my curled (with the pink ones) and it stayed in the whole night. and by the way you can get your money back if you take them back to the retailer you brought them from with proof of purchase if you are not happy with them. well you can in england anyway lol !

I ordered this straightner on ebay too but when it came it came in a different box and was not the limited edition it was just professional but i kept it anyways.
I still havent learnt to curl even though i've went to the mall and they have shown me but when i try it at home my hair just completly flips out if anyone can help me on that. Also when i try to straighten it back from being so flippy peices of my hair still stick out but at the mall when she straightened my hair from being curly it was perfect.So i'm not sure whats wrong with mine or whatever. It straightens well though and it heats up fast so i like this product but i wish i could learn how to use it properly. except for the fact that when the smoke comes out and its so called " Steam " it leaves my hair smelling burnt at times. smells even worse if i put water on it ( without straightening after ) well if anyone can help me or tell me about these problems that would be great. THANKS

The way you curl it is, Go to the top of where you want it curly, then turn in all the way around... like if your holding it, flip it, then go down... not fast thought. and dont take to much hair. make sure that its really hot.. when the pink part is purple... but if it does not curl it the first time.. dont try it again... put a little water on your hair and then try it again... because you have already tried to curl it, it wont do it again... you wont get it the first couple times... and if you dont, try it on someone else's hair... its easier. Ohh and by the way i have the pink one... and i love it. but make sure that you let it get really really hot, because that's when it works the best... ohh and for the people that use the spray... dont.. it just makes your hair look nasty... and it makes it smell burned...

oh, and the reason why i ask is because i purchased it on eBay and first time, it didn't even turn on, and appeared it had been in storage for a long time, when i returned it to the seller, they sent me another one, and it worked but was not as smooth as the one in the malls. it snagged out all my hair, it wasn't as hot as the one in the mall, and that "healthy steam"? NONE. i tried the ones in the mall at least 5 times on different occaisions and i continue to compare with the one i have at home, and it doesn't compare at ALL. so what the heck is the Corioliss by AKE??

I purchased the AKE Corioliss on EBay as well... no where on the box does it say Corioliss. No where on Coriliss' website can I find info about the AKE model... The only info I can find on the AKE is all from the same seller on eBay! I believe this is a scam and would appreciate if anyone could tell me any differently.

I'm guessing the AKE is fake. I bought it from ebay too for 29.99 and just received it today. It is honestly the best hair straightener i've ever used (and I've used a few). Real or fake, I hope this lasts me a good while. Cause it makes my hair really soft and shiny and really really straight

Just received my pink Corioliss from Amaazon.com. Paid less than 40 dollars for it. On my first try was able to straighten my hair in less than 10 minutes. Left my hair straight and shiny. Very pleased with my new hair iron.

i boaught a profix straightener a few weeks ago it was false advatising it did keeped my hair straight for 5 mins keep in mind it took me 2hrs to straighen it and my hair isnt thick or medium i went back to get my money back and of course not so friendly anymore they refused to give me my money back and were rude im not going to give up though!!!
