i bought this item 6 months ago from debenhams. i was very hapy for the result. but last week connections of the electric kable start to born where is connection with the iron.
AND l lost my resite becouse i recently move in my new house.
l beleave this is a productions false.
L am kindly asking your help how i can request to repair my item.

I have used the Chi for about seven years now. I have had to have it replace it once. I work in the mall across from a kiosk that says corioliss. They were priced at $140US. He gave it to me for $95US. I wasn't sure about my purchase so i researched the straightener. So far i have seen people are really enjoying their straighteners, but about 90% say they are not holding up for very long. any suggestions

WOW! i brought the Corioliss black Pro limited edition like 8 months ago and it works great. i compared it to Wigo, Hot tools, Revlon, and a whole bunch of other flat irons that say they are "true ceramic" and after comparing them to Corioliss, they are the worst. I love it because it keeps my hair looking soo healthy and my hair is so shinh and smooth so many guys run there fingers through my hair.
It also stays for 3 days w/o washing your hair and your hair doesnt really frizz. I have complements on my hair all the time. My natural hair is SOO THICK AND CURLY and i have alot of hair i sware. When i straighted my hair, it looks thinner and looks great!!! i recommeng it for anyone with CURLY THICK HAIR.
Although, like a week ago, it broke. The Plate started comning off and it doesnt turn on anymore but i still have warranty so its all good.

I bought the Corioliss for $180 online. I've tried many others including Revlon, Solia, Sedu, Conair and other unbranded ones. This is by far the best one as it has not broken down on me at all and I haven't had a bad hair day since I bought it. The others ripped out my hair and burned my hair and failed after a few months. I love it.

I loved it when I first got it. Then it broke down after 8 months. I had the 1 year warranty though and they replaced it for me and I've had no problem since. A great hair straightener.

It's probably the best hair straightener I've tried, but I dont know why I just think it's very expensive. If your hair is really hard to straighten it's worth it. But my hair is already pretty straight so yeah.

Other straighteners don't live up to the hype. Corioliss Pro amazed me. My hair are sooo curly and I like them straight. I used to go to the salon all the time and this saves me a lot of money.

best thing i ever got for my hair. it even stays straight in humidity and fog. my hair has been healthier. never used any other, but why should i, i like this, price is expensive, but my hair is worth it. mine gets used every day by me and my children, and no problems with it. we've had it about 6 months.

i really like this straightener. soooo much better then the cheap ones i used to get from a drugstore. i suggest you buy it! i bought mine first from the mall and checked it out online and found it on ebay . so i returned the one i bought for $110 and got it for $34 on ebay! i saved so much money. get them on ebay!

Most people buy the pink one. it's the pro hair styling.
as far as I know the all very easy to use and come as a fixed setting.
Corioliss should come with one year warranty and if you buy it on eBay look for sellers that offer refund or exchange.
I can not decide for you I just give you some fact which I hope it'll help you.
I strongly suggest to buy it on eBay ( brand new - never opened )
why pay $149 and up when you can get it sometimes less then $50 + shipping and even less then that...goodluck.

i just bought the black corioliss from edmonton alberta in the mall and got to use it once before it stoped working. i was told that it was the best product for hair straightening and it does not even heat up at all. it is like there is no power to it and i've pluged it in everywhere. i cannot find a contact number anywhere at all. i have my reciept and i live about 8 hours away from where i bought it. please respond to this. i am very upset that i wasted my money and i want it replaced or my money back. i don't want it replaced if they truely always break down. ljami@telus.net

I love the results that my black variable straightener gives. Except after 3 months it doesn't work anymore & no-one wants to know about the year warranty.

Help!!! I tried to use my straightner and the cord has a short in it. I bought the straighter while in Hawaii, in the mall. I'm in the military stationed in San Diego, Ca. I have already left Hawaii and was wondering is there any way i can get flat iron fixed or replaced. It's a great straightener, as good or better than the chi. As far as the price goes...EBAY EBAY EBAY!!! I bought mine for $25.00 plus shipping. You don't have to pay $180.00. It makes your hair shiny and silky.

I just bought the ''Corioliss TM Classic Pro Limited Edition Purple'' today from the West Edmonton Mall in Edmonton Alberta Canada. I just thought I would share my experience. The girls at the booth do pounce on you as they are trying to make a sale. usually I ignore them but today i wanted to buy a straightner. First thing i did was ask the price but she wouldnt tell me she wanted to show me how it works first...I thought to myself ''here we go''. She Straightened some pieces,curled,flipped in and out all with ease. She told me to try also each step guiding me as i did this and asking me to feel my hair and how smooth it was. I was impressed my hair has always been a hassle wavy,crimpy,poofy,very thick and Ive always wanted instant results like i get at the salon and this was working!! She then told me the price was $200.00 I was expecting a high price I crumpled my face and said I will be back in 5 mins I want to check my account she then said NO NO If you buy this right now while my manager is at lunch I will give you for $150.00 (me again rolling my eyes) I sighed and didnt say a word she then said if you do buy it also right now I will Throw in the heat resistant thermal storage case for free a $20.00 Value plus the $50.00 suction cup holster. So I said yes I will take it. She informed me before I Paid of the 2 year warranty. I recieved two professional receipts listing my items i bought plus my debit recipet at the bottom signing im aware of exchange only and that I have 14 days to return for a full refund on any unopened packaging. I looked at my box after I bought it and it is marked retail $200.00....so it is worth it to complain a little of the price! I was very excited to get home and play with my hair.... after 10 mins my whole head was completly straight,silky & sexy I might ad my Boyfriend even said Ive never seen your hair that straight in 4 years!! I am so Happy Ive wasted so much money on crappy Revlon & Conair irons again again and never even get close to these kind of results!! Last night with my Revlon iron before this i spent over and hour straigtening and it didnt even come close to my hair today that looks salon styled! I know this is getting long but after reading so much I just wanted to share something positive. If there are problems you can bring it in for exchange here in edmonton Corioliss has two booths in the mall both being there for over 6 years!! Also in the 32 page booklet that came in the box is a warranty card to send away to Beverly Hill Ca. Plus it suggest to register your iron online on their website. It states very clearly of a two year warranty in 3 places. Recipet,Box, & Booklet. It lists what is and what isnt covered Broken Plates not being covered... so be carefull with your irons why woudnt you when you are spending top dollar (hello? ceramic? You just dont throw that type of thing around! Also People when you spend so much money on things like this keep your Bag,Box Packaging and Reciepts In a safe spot dont toss them!! Put your reciepts in a special folder thats what I do for anything over 20bucks in alphabetical order! And packaging in a safe closet or underyour stairs. I know that I only got this today but the way my hair looks I would have spent 60bucks at the salon today to achieve this!! I am so Happy! Best to you all! :)

HI. i bought a corioliss hot iron and three times in less than 6 months I've had to drive four hours to replace it because they don't seem to work. i bought them in West Edmonton Mall from a kiosk and all three have decided to quit working either the first time using it or shortly after i purchased it. the first one didn't work right off the bat, the second one worked for about one month then didn't heat up, NOW this third one isn't heating up after a couple of months! I've tried different plugs but it still doesn't work... I'm really frustrated with your product. i spent hundreds of dollars on a product that doesn't seem to work and I've spent LOTS of money driving back to Edmonton to replace it. I'm not willing to do this over again so please can someone help me? the product number is 110-240V Model-prostyle. id love my money back or for someone to at least send me a new iron OR direct me to someone who can help me with this issue.
